The first action we take at the beginning of our life is an inhale, the last as we leave is an exhale. Between these two breaths arrive the elements that make up a long and fulfilling life; love, joy, sadness, injury, laughter, children and discovery of our inner selves amongst others.
Find the depth of breath in your own life and sense the awakening this provides.
Find calm after a physical practise and build on your strength instead of succumbing to your weakness.
Practising yoga once per day, once per week or once per month is for the individual to decide. The benefits are often felt immediately; release from back pain, loosening of stiff shoulders, improved digestion, calm after stress.
